This project originates from the architectural transformation of a former industrial complex located in the western part of Poblenou, built in the mid-19th century—the historic DESLITE factory.
The result was a development of 36 unconventional loft-style residences, featuring two distinct typologies:
- Ground-floor duplexes with 2 bedrooms and a terrace
- Penthouse units with 1 bedroom and a lofted mezzanine
Throughout the project, the preservation of the building's original façade and structure has been a priority, as it is recognized as architectural, historical, and artistic heritage. Elements such as the stone plinth, exposed brickwork, and concrete-framed windows have been carefully maintained.
Natural light floods the interiors through large windows and a sawtooth roof design.
The lofts feature fully equipped kitchens with appliances, built-in wardrobes, wood-effect porcelain flooring, ducted climate control, home automation system, aerothermal heating, as well as A+ energy rating.
Additionally, the building is BREEAM-certified for sustainable construction.
